Financial calculators
Our loan, EMI, compound interest, simple interest, GST, discount and tip calculators implement standard published formulas. They necessarily simplify.
- Loan and EMI results assume a fixed rate, monthly compounding, level payments, no arrangement fees, no insurance add-ons and no early-settlement charges unless you model them yourself.
- Real lender quotes differ because of fee capitalisation, daily-accrual interest, rounding conventions, and rate resets on variable products. Always compare the lender's own illustration or APR disclosure.
- Compound interest projections are nominal and before fees, inflation and tax. Investment returns are not guaranteed and past performance does not predict future results. Markets can fall.
- GST and other tax outputs reflect the rate you enter. Slabs, exemptions, cess, registration thresholds and classification codes change; confirm current rules with a qualified accountant or the relevant tax authority.
Health calculators
BMI is a population-level screening measure adopted by the WHO. It cannot distinguish muscle from fat, does not account for fat distribution, and is a poor guide for athletes, pregnant people, under-18s, and some older or non-European-ancestry populations.

Time, date and math calculators
Our age, date-difference and time tools use real Gregorian calendar arithmetic and are leap-year correct. They do not automatically exclude public holidays, apply contractual 30/360 day-count conventions, or resolve timezone and daylight-saving transitions for cross-border scheduling.
Where a day count determines a legal deadline, notice period or payment date, read the governing contract's own definition of "days" — inclusive and exclusive counting differ by one day, and that day can matter.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that results will be uninterrupted, error-free or current.
Reporting an error
We would rather be corrected than be wrong. If a result looks incorrect, send us the calculator name, your exact inputs and the result you expected via the contact page. We re-derive the figure from the published formula, correct the page if warranted, and update its revision date.
